FABRICATION SHOP

We offer a vast array of services to help you complete your bike without compromise. We have a full machine shop as well as welding and sheet metal facilities. We have listed and priced some of the commonly requested jobs that we perform regularly. All other special fabrication will have to be priced per job. If you have a reasonable request and can provide an accurate drawing, then we will provide a quote. Please keep in mind that some jobs may have too many variables in order to achieve satisfactory results and can not be accomplished without having the complete bike.

Gas Tank Fab

All completed tanks are pressure tested and ready for seal coating. POR15 Tank Seal Kit $40.00. $100.00 sealed prior to shipping.

Handlebar Fab

All of our bars are made using .120" wall DOM tubing and TIG welded. Bars are available raw, chrome or powdercoat.

Frame Fab

No bolt on bullshit. Each section custom made to your frame stretch, ride height, etc.
